Underground is where TALIS got its start, specializing in wet utility infrastructure. TALIS offers services for both new installs or rehabilitations of waterlines, sewer lines, storm drains, fire hydrants, manholes and more.

TALIS has become a leader in roadway infrastructure performing all roadway concrete services ranging from curb and gutter to decorative concrete flatwork. Many of downtown Phoenix sidewalks bear the TALIS name.
