In 1995, TALIS founders Sandra Gonzalez and Manuel Lopez, envisioned a civil construction firm built on the responsible stewardship of public funds. Today, that vision is a reality with TALIS Construction — built on the foundation of trusting relationships and collaborative teamwork.

Over the past 30 years, TALIS has grown to a firm with eight divisions:

We self-perform the majority of our work, including traffic control. This gives us the ability to remain nimble and available for our clients’ needs at a moment’s notice.

We are known as an industry leader in Alternative Project Delivery Methods (APDMs) including Job Order Contracting (JOC) and Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) projects.
