TALIS actively seeks to partner with Subcontractors that share our focus. Subcontractors are selected on their ability to perform the work in a manner reflecting the professionalism TALIS expects and at a cost that reflects good stewardship of the funds budgeted to a project. TALIS has established quality relationships with many local Subcontractors, professional service firms and Material Suppliers.

This is achieved through a prequalification process that reviews:

• Bonding Ability
• Current Workload
• E-mod Rating
• Financial Stability
• Insurance Coverage
• Key Personnel
• Previous Project Experience
• Safety History

TALIS requires all Subcontractors to prequalify and sign our Subcontract Agreement before any work is completed on our projects.
